We knew right from the start that one of the most important decisions we would need to make was what to name our new bank.
Exciting Updates Coming to Your Online and Mobile Banking Experience
August 06, 2024 Update:
At Lake Ridge Bank, we’re committed to providing you with the best possible banking experience. That's why we’re excited to announce a significant upgrade to our online and mobile banking platforms, launching on Thursday, August 22nd!
Upgrade Timeline:
Tuesday, August 20th, 7am: Bill Pay and Zelle® will be unavailable. Scheduled payments will continue to process as planned.
Tuesday, August 20th, 6pm: Our online and mobile banking will enter a view-only mode.
Wednesday, August 21st: Please bear with us during this short-term upgrade. You will still be able to access your accounts and view activity, but transferring funds will be temporarily disabled. Our team is available to assist with any internal transfer needs.
Thursday, August 22nd, 10am: Full access to our upgraded online and mobile banking will be available. You can log in using your existing username and password. Mobile users will need to update their app.
If you use Quicken software in conjunction with our online and mobile apps, please use the following link to learn more about changes affecting your experience.

Easier Ways to Transfer Funds
Sending and receiving money is about to get a lot easier with our new payments interface. Whether you’re paying bills, splitting the cost of a meal, sending money to friends and family, or moving money between your accounts, our enhanced interface ensures your transactions are secure and easy to use.
Greater Control with Card Controls
We’re excited to extend our popular Card Controls feature to online users! This means you can monitor and manage your card activities with the same ease as mobile users. You can set spending limits, receive alerts for specific transactions, and even temporarily lock your card if it’s misplaced—all from your computer or mobile device.
Consistent Experience Across All Devices
Enjoy a user-friendly and intuitive interface whether you’re on your computer or mobile device. Our updated platform will ensure you have seamless access to all your favorite tools like My Budget, Alerts, Bill Pay, Zelle®, and Credit Sense, no matter where you are.

We are excited to share that we are upgrading our personal digital banking experience this summer. Our team has developed an improved personal digital banking platform to make your banking even easier. Check out the amazing upgrades coming to Lake Ridge Bank clients this summer.
Here’s What’s Coming:
Consistent Banking Experience: Whether clients are navigating our mobile app on their phones or viewing their accounts online through the web, they will find a consistent experience regardless of the device. This unified look will ensure that whether our clients are on their phone or their computer, their banking experience is smooth and familiar.
Mobile and Online Enhancements:
- Mobile Upgrades: It has never been easier for Lake Ridge Bank clients to manage their finances on the go. Our new upgraded system gives clients even more account details at their fingertips, as well as enhanced loan payment capabilities and many more amazing features at their fingertips.
- Online Upgrades: In addition to the updated look of our clients’ personal online accounts, they will also have a more comprehensive card management tool, improvements to their Zelle® experience, and a more detailed banking activity log.
Increased Convenience: Clients will now be able to access their important electronic statements and documents, like their tax forms, with ease no matter what device they access their accounts from. In addition, Lake Ridge Bank clients will be able to enroll for Bill Pay through their mobile devices and submit stop payment requests in minutes. Plus, clients are now able to submit travel notifications and address changes directly through their digital banking tools without needing to make an additional stop into our bank.
Advanced Financial Management Tools: Clients will be able to easily search their transaction history and monitor their credit health with the added benefit of Credit Sense to give them a better picture of their financial health.
Best of all, current Lake Ridge Bank clients will NOT have to update their user ID or password when our upgraded system goes live this summer. Depending on your phone and settings, our mobile app upgrade may even be automatically downloaded to make the update even easier.
