How To Set Up Alert Notifications
Lake Ridge Bank business clients can set up a range of notifications regarding account activity and credit and debit card use to help manage their accounts and mitigate fraud. With Alerts at Lake Ridge Bank you are in the driver’s seat, and we give you the control to pick and choose what matters most to you and how you would like to receive those notifications – via email, text, or through your mobile banking app.
How to sign up to receive alerts via online banking:
- Log in to your online banking business account.
- Select the “Alerts” option located near the top of your screen.
- Choose which notifications to receive.
- Activate the email address or phone number where you wish to receive your alerts by opening the Contact Options tab in the “Alerts” menu. Click on “Send Activation Code” and enter the code automatically sent to you into the activation box.

How to sign up to receive alerts via your mobile banking app:
- Log on to your business banking mobile app.
- Select “More” from the menu.
- Choose “Alert Setup.”
- Turn on push notifications.
- Select the alerts you wish to receive.
