Brittney joined the Lake Ridge Bank team as a Customer Service Associate in 2019, as a quick learner she excelled to Assistant Branch Manager of our Monona Drive office before becoming the Retail Manager of our Cottage Grove office. Brittney has a real passion for developing lasting connections with her clients both in the branch and within the Cottage Grove community – from supporting local businesses to helping clients reach their goals no matter what stage in life they are in.
